    掩膜費用收取標準有兩種,可分為不可退(可下最小訂單量MOQ,達到MFQ數量不退)與可退(兩年內達到掩膜費數量退回MFQ),掩膜和OTP芯片原廠生產出來后是芯片的裸片形式(DICE)交貨,然后進行綁定加工生產COB軟封裝,如果需要進行硬封裝,也可以特定WAFER交貨。
